Angela is an independent Director of Frontier. She has extensive experience as a professional Non-Executive Director having served on a range of industry fund and related Boards for nearly 25 years. Angela is Chair of both Suicide Prevention Australia and Assemble and a Non-Executive Director of the Reinsurance Group of America ANZ, State Trustees and on the UN supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). Angela previously served as a Director of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees from 2002 to 2016, including as President from 2014 to 2016, and was a Trustee Director of CareSuper, Vision Super, VicSuper, AusFund and HESTA where she was Chair from 2010 to 2018. She is currently a member of the HESTA Impact Committee. With more than 30 years of experience as a senior manager, line manager, and adviser to management, Angela has extensive experience in a vast range of strategic and governance issues. In addition to her Trustee role, Angela is a founding director of the consulting firm, LIME Management Group, which provides management consulting services primarily to the health and community services sector. Angela has a Master of Business and a Bachelor of Economics and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees. In 2021 Angela gained appointment as a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) and for her significant service to the finance and superannuation sectors and to suicide prevention.
